I stumbled into this profession after breaking my back and neck in a snowboarding accident in 2009. After a couple of years of seizures and rehab, my body was slowly getting back to normal, but I realised my mind needed some help too, to overcome these obstacles. An acquaintance at the time was a Yoga instructor and she took me under her wing mind and body. This experience allowed me to realise how Yoga, Meditation and Fitness can literally save a life, and it became my passion and my profession. Fast Forward and I have now ran my own business successfully for 8 years, working with hundreds of students in person. I am now using that experience to develop courses to help people far and wide, discover the beauty and benefits of adding these wonderful habits to your daily life.
