Burcu Canitez Okur has studied Psychology in ODTU (Middle East Technical University). She has worked in HR Departments in Defence and Software Developing companies for more than 10 years. She has worked as an HR & Management consultant and Trainer for an international consultancy company and contributed to several projects. In 2013 she founded IK Dunyasi and since then she has been working on recruitment, consultancy projects and presenting training programmes.
