Bryan Gobaco

Bryan has almost two decades of teaching experience being a faculty member of the Industrial Engineering Department of De La Salle University-Manila and doing professional and corporate training with various companies and organizations. He is also currently a Principal Consultant of Technopoly Inc., a management consulting and training firm he co-founded. He is also actively doing consulting in the areas of business analytics with specialization in the realm of prescriptive analytics (particularly in business decision modeling and optimization) and also in the area of business process management. He has also recently earned his Prosci Certification in Change Management as he realized that typically hard or technical solutions to business problems would always need to be intertwined with soft behavioral side approaches to make them sustainable.

Bryan has always been enamored and fond with using the science behind the data to either make business decision or improve business performance. Almost all his business project engagements involve gathering, processing, analysis and leveraging of data in one extent to another. He also has always found teaching enriching- both to his students and to himself which explains why he never totally left the teaching or the training profession even when he is doing consulting projects full-time. However he has always done teaching on a face-to-face set-up and with the recent pandemic Covid19 scare, he has decided to start venturing into making and delivering online courses which explains his presence in Udemy.
