My name is Brian Fletcher and I'm currently a pastor in Midlothian, VA. I've been involved in full-time ministry for over 33 years. I started as an Area Director for Young Life in Lancaster, PA for 8 years, then moved back home to Midlothian to continue with Young Life for another 6 years. Then I went on staff at a church here in Midlothian. My current duties include Leadership Development and Training as well as discipleship and other pastoral duties.
I have a wife and three amazing kids who are all involved in some form of ministry as well. I have a passion to develop materials and resources to help people grow in their faith and learn how to disciple others.

B.A. in History from Virginia Commonwealth University
Masters of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary
Doctor of Ministry from Covenant Theological Seminary
