I am an IT professional with a strong, hands-on background across systems engineering, infrastructure support, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity. Over the years, I have worked across first-line support through to senior engineering roles, supporting both internal users and multi-client environments in SLA-driven production settings.

My experience includes supporting large user environments, maintaining and troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers, and managing core services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. I have worked extensively with Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, as well as assisting with migrations, automation, and day-to-day administration.

I have also implemented and monitored backup and disaster recovery solutions, managed network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, wireless, and VoIP systems, and applied security and compliance best practices to protect business and client environments. Documentation, monitoring, reporting, and risk management have been a core part of my professional responsibilities.

Alongside my IT career, I am an active Forex trader with a strong focus on price action, risk management, and disciplined execution. My trading approach is heavily influenced by my technical background — emphasizing structure, logic, data analysis, testing, automation, and continuous improvement. I approach trading as a skill-based process rather than speculation, applying the same mindset used in professional IT environments.

I also work with trading platforms, backtesting tools, automation, Expert Advisors, and AI-assisted trading systems, with a strong emphasis on testing, risk control, and realistic expectations. This allows me to teach trading in a structured, systems-based way rather than relying on signals or shortcuts.

I hold multiple industry-recognized certifications across networking, cloud platforms, Microsoft technologies, Linux, security, and infrastructure. Combined with hands-on experience, this has given me a practical understanding of complex systems — both in IT and in trading — and how to manage risk, consistency, and performance over time.

My teaching style is clear, structured, and realistic. I focus on helping students understand why things work, not just what to click or copy. Whether teaching IT or trading, my goal is to help students build real skills, disciplined processes, and long-term confidence.
