Blair is a former seven-time CFO in public, private, and international context. He has been a corporate director of public companies since 2008. Blair is the co-founder of Executive Finance Partners, a global finance and thought leadership consulting firm in all matters pertaining to the Office of the CFO. He currently serves as a Board Director and Audit Committee Chairman of TSX listed companies: Terravest Industries (industrial manufacturing) and Clarke Inc. (hospitality, real estate, and diversified investments). Blair has experience and special expertise in the fields of corporate finance and fundraising, public company board and audit committee governance, real estate management and development, financial leadership, and ESG matters.
