Bethany Wallace partners with mission-minded organizations to build better workplaces through soft skills solutions. Bethany aids leaders in strengthening workplaces through consulting, training, executive coaching, professional writing services, and keynote presentations. In addition to managing her consulting business, Bethany serves as a stateside missionary through Wycliffe Bible Translators with SIL Global as Director of Strategic Workforce Planning.

Bethany presents research at conferences and contributes to major publications and recognized podcasts, including HigherEdJobs, Lensa, Glassdoor, College Recruiter, Zip Recruiter, Jobscan, Flex Jobs, the New York Daily News, Business Tech, Arkansas Talent Podcast, Human Resources Online, Life After Teaching, Love Your Story, 10 Minute Mindset, Everyday People, and more. Bethany has published four books (available on Amazon).

Bethany worked for 12 years as an English faculty member and career services director. She is a professional writer, having managed content for College Recruiter and the Arkansas Sheriffs’ Youth Ranches, served on a technical writing team at HP, and provided grant writing, editing, and copywriting services for small businesses. She also garnered experience in nonprofit leadership and development.

Bethany earned her Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature at Arkansas Tech University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Lyon College.
