Bernadette went to college for Alternative Medicine, She is also a Certified Exercise Therapy Specialist, a GYROTONIC® Trainer, and a Master Herbalist. Bernadette is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Pilates Trainer, Certified Pilates for Rehabilitation Specialist, PBT (Progressive Ballet Technique) and a Prescription Stretch Specialist. Bernadette also has a certification in Myofascial Release. She has also created a Pilates Mat and Pilates Equipment curriculum certification program in addition to a movement program for those with cancer and chronic illiness. Additionally she is a former professional ballet dancer, ballet teacher and university professor. Bernadette is certified in Pilates for Neurological conditions.
