Ben Rigby is CPTO at Pinkfish, helping people expand possibilities at work. With over 20 years in AI and machine learning, he previously served as SVP Global Head of Product and Engineering for AI at Talkdesk, where he built a 250-person team and led AI-driven revenue growth, earning recognition from Gartner as an AI leader. His AI product suite included Virtual Agent automation, Agent Assist tools, AI Training Suite, Speech Analytics, and AI-powered security through Guardian.

Before Talkdesk, Rigby was Head of AI at Directly, where he developed and deployed AI-powered virtual agents for customer service automation at Samsung, Microsoft, Airbnb, and LinkedIn. He also founded Sparked, using machine learning models to predict customer churn, retention, and lifetime value throughout his two-decade career in AI.

Rigby graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford with Honors and Distinction. He's passionate about civic technology, having worked with Rock the Vote, given a TED talk at NASA, and authored "Mobilizing Generation 2.0." He actively supports the STXBP1 foundation for rare genetic disorder research.
