Following a flourishing career as an educator spanning 20 years in mainstream schools, including as Principal and Zonal head  in Ryan International School for eight years managing CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, Gujarat State and NIOS boards simultaneously,  in 2008, I decided to pursue my passion to help children with Specific Learning Disabilities and founded Vedas Ignite Education & Prayas Charitable Foundation. Since  then I have worked extensively and exclusively with children facing learning difficulty/disability/ challenges and transformed them into real life achievers. Now I also run "learning differently" schools for underprivileged children in partnership with Sarva Siksha Abhiyan of Govt of India , Gujarat CSR Authority and my own Prayas Charitable Foundation. My intense research over last 12 years revealed that these LD children are not learning disabled, but rather have an inherent ability to "Learn Differently". And the secret to success with these children is to Teach Differently. If as a parent or teacher you can identify this ability in your child and adopt appropriate strategies, I assure you, your child can outperform. With over 12 years of intensive research in the filed of Learning Differently and working  hands on with over such 300 children, I have developed and refined many successful strategies for "Teaching Differently". Numerous LD children coached by me have benefited from these strategies. They have overcome LD to become practicing architects, successful fashion designers, Cinematographers, event mangers, and many other are successfully employed adults.   I have empowered  numerous teachers to manage their inclusive class better and run successful remedial centers. By adopting my Teach Differently techniques, teachers have acquired skills to independently coach their child to improve learning outcomes.
