Dr. Balaji Shetty holds a PhD in Machine Learning, with a strong academic foundation through UG and PG degrees in Computer Engineering. He is a passionate AI educator, GoHighLevel (GHL) US-Certified Expert, Custom AI Agent Designer, and AI Business Automation Expert, specializing in integrating intelligent AI agents into existing business systems to improve efficiency and scalability.

With over 24+ years of experience in academics and the IT industry, he has successfully delivered 10+ real-time projects, designed and deployed custom AI agents for real businesses, and generated ₹7+ lakh in consultancy revenue through academic and industry collaborations.

Dr. Shetty has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Information Technology Department at SGGS Institute of Engineering & Technology (SGGSIET), Nanded, since July 2004. He also served as Head of the Information Technology Department from September 2021 to August 2023, where he led digital transformation, automation initiatives, and AI-driven academic systems.

His research interests include Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), and AI agent-based systems. Beyond academics, he actively contributes to society by conducting free meditation and stress-management programs for schools, colleges, government organizations, and police departments.

He is proficient in C, C++, Python, PHP/MySQL, full-stack technologies, and AI-powered business automation platforms, and is recognized as a GoHighLevel Certified Expert in India. He has also automated multiple institutional and business administrative processes using AI agents, workflows, and dashboards to enhance operational efficiency.

Additionally, Dr. Shetty has undertaken consultancy and government projects, including assignments for the District Collector Office, Parbhani, successfully bridging academic research with real-world AI applications and business automation solutions.
