Hello, I am a passionate food enthusiast and home chef for over 10 years now, regularly churning out lovely home-made meals for 15+ guests.
I turned vegan in December 2014, and have been one since then. A few months later, in April 2015, I also completed a course on ‘Plant based nutrition’ from Cornell University. The course offered me brilliant perspectives on plant based nutrition, and my fundamental outlook on food and nutrition has changed ever since.
I have now combined my passion for cooking great food, with my recently found 'moment of truth', to create exciting zero oil vegan food.
