I'm a Sport and Performance Psychology Professional with an MSC in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology and many years of experience working with athletes and coaches in a range of sports such as GAA, Rugby, Boccia, Swimming, Gymnastics, Athletics, Martial Arts, Lacrosse, Tennis and many more. As well as this I've worked with a range of students involved in performance and education and have been teaching Psychology at a UK and a US University for over two years. I've been working closely with other professionals in the field, maintaining CPDS and staying up to date with the most recent research. I also am affiliated with the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences, the accrediting body for this profession and other sports science professions.
