I am a Senior Assistant Professor of Remote Sensing at Soran University, as well as a Senior GBD Collaborator at the University of Washington. Recognized in the top 2% of scientists in the 2025 Stanford/Elsevier Ranking, I bring over a decade of experience in Python, JavaScript, and R programming. I have a strong foundation in GEE, Big Data, Remote Sensing/GIS, Earth Observation, and Climate. I hold a PhD in Geography (Remote Sensing) from the University of Leicester. I have published more than 80 peer-reviewed papers in reputed journals, including The Lancet (Impact Factor 98.4). My expertise in remote sensing and geospatial analysis has allowed me to collaborate with researchers across various disciplines to provide innovative solutions to complex research questions.
