About me
Evaluation & Analytics Consultant | Evaluate. Engage. Optimize. Results. – AmeriCanPro LLC
Professional Focus and Philosophy: Risk-based analytics and leadership advisory grounded in evidence, insight, and action.
Specialization: I specialize in Audit & Optimization of Sociotechnical Performance. I evaluate organizational and business programs using risk- and data-driven modeling—augmented by my business analysis, project management, and internal audit skills—to identify performance gaps and deliver dashboard-enabled optimization strategies.
Inspiration: I envision a world where people and data guide every decision. As an Analytics Consultant, I champion a mindset that leverages dashboard-driven, risk-aware strategies to help leaders navigate volatile, uncertain landscapes while turning insights into impactful actions. By connecting analytics to outcomes, I empower leaders and teams to anticipate challenges, seize opportunities, and deliver measurable success.
Executive Acumen: I bring over three decades of distinctive experience shaped by both domestic and international journeys:
Credentialed — I hold a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Audit & Optimization, along with three leading certifications—Professional in Business Analysis (PBA), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
Seasoned — With more than 30 years of practice, I have developed deep proficiency in organizational leadership, program management and evaluation, project management, and internal audit.
Globalized — I have worked across diverse cultural and professional landscapes—including the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and the United Nations. These experiences have nurtured both a respect for diversity and a nuanced understanding of stakeholder engagement.
Professional — Trilingual in English, Arabic, and conversational German, I have authored multiple resources on leadership, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, project management, audit, and optimization.
Beyond technical expertise, I am passionate about knowledge-sharing. I emphasize learning about people more than theories, thinking in systems rather than isolated intuitions or silos, and choosing practicality over polarities. I often wonder: “What if socio-technical leadership—far from mere transformation—flowed like a self-balancing estuary, weaving mindfulness, tolerance, peace, and prosperity?”
