In my work, I combine 2 fields: dance and nature.

When I teach dance and choreography, I focus on physical freedom and personal expression. The body knows what it needs, and each individual has a personal dance style. I teach improvisation, choreography, dance in nature, and more.

As a wilderness awareness instructor, I teach crafts, primitive skills, and methods of observation.

I have an M.A in choreography, and a B.A. in performance, and wilderness awareness facilitation. I've been working in those fields for 20 years, weaving them together more and more with time.
