Even as a teenager, I found people incredibly fascinating and tried to figure out and understand what they thought, felt, did, and why. That’s why I began devouring books, and later chose to study communication and media at university—because communication is the key to understanding ourselves and others.
In 2015, I graduated from the University of Szeged with a Master’s degree in Communication and Media Studies, becoming a communication and media expert.
In the following years, I worked in online marketing as a social media specialist. At the same time, I started building my own educational platforms on social media, where my goal was to improve people’s lives by sharing knowledge in various fields.
Today, my videos have surpassed 100 million views in total—something I’m especially proud of as a content creator in a small country with a small language.
Meanwhile, I also completed trainer certification so I could help people offline as well, supporting them in becoming the best version of themselves.
The PsychoDiet course was created to share the knowledge and skills I’ve gathered throughout my life so that people can live a healthier, more satisfied, more successful, and happier life.
