I have over 13 years of diverse experience in Entrepreneurship, Account Management, Project Management, Marketing, Segments, Business development and R&D. I have worked on different projects including launching of GPON Fiber To The Home (FTTH) at Karachi DHA, Multiple dark fiber deployment projects and Leased media projects. I have conducted focus groups, one to one expert interviews, segmentation, pricing of B2C as well as B2B wholesale products, customer loyalty programs and marketing plans. I am a team player and have been involved in cross functional coordination and giving directions while acting as project manager for different projects throughout my career.

As Senior Manager PMO, I was responsible for Multi-million $ projects. I was responsible for the whole project life cycle including deployment, risk identification, closing and handing over to operations.

As Manager Business Development - Carrier Services & Wholesale, I was required to plan and execute overall business development and sales strategies to maintain and grow PTCL business for the inter-operator and wholesale segment. Portfolio of PKR 4.9 Billion.

I am a good communicator in person as well as on phone and email, which has helped me in relationship management with key personnel of the customers. This has also enabled me to successfully sell PTCL products to my accounts. I have been able to generate more than 535 Million PKR for PTCL in 2017/18 by selling 677 KM of dark fiber to a Jazz while I was its account Manager. I developed the dark fiber business with Jazz from scratch. In case of IPBW, I have been able to Upsell more than US $ 200,000 per month to different Accounts.

I am always involved in problem solving. I am a self-driven and naturally curious person who does not get overwhelmed easily. I love talking to people because you learn from every conversation. I have clarity on what needs to be done and I put all energy in getting it done.

I have attained MBA from the most prestigious Business Institute of Pakistan, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). I also have an Engineering degree from the highly respected Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute (GIKI).
