I am a solution architect and Optical Transport Technology Leader, with 27 years of corporate experience. Over the course of my career, I have worked with Fujitsu and Ciena for 15 years, two of the world’s leading players in optical networking, where I contributed to the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies. Additionally, I spent close to 9 years with Dell and Intel in the server domain, which ultimately serves as an end-user of these optical networking technologies.

I have successfully delivered multiple projects in optical technology, working on various network modules and architectures. My deep technical expertise and hands-on experience have enabled me to drive innovation and improve telecommunications networks globally.

I have worked on different line modules that carry signals starting from E1/T1, DS1, and DS3 in PDH domains, progressing to advanced technologies and higher data rates such as SONET/SDH, Ethernet, Fiber Channel, and OTN. Additionally, I have a deep understanding of DWDM networking technologies, including Transponders, Muxponders, Amplifiers, and ROADMs, which play a crucial role in high-speed optical communication.

Beyond my professional achievements, I am truly passionate about Photonics. My dedication to continuous learning and exploration in this field has led me to secure two patents in Photonics, recognizing my contributions to advancing optical communication technologies.
