My work has always been related to communication with people. I started my career path in hospitality 10 years ago being a student of the International Relations faculty, when I got my first entry-level position in the 5-star hotel. I didn’t know anything about this world, how it works – I was like Kevin charmed by The Plaza Hotel in my favorite «Home Alone». Hospitality sphere is very specific that requires not only an excellent knowledge of the responsibilities, but perfect communication skills, knowledge of psychology and foreign languages, multitasking and attention to details, and a lot more. All these skills I learned in practice. During these years I’ve got a priceless experience by working for the best 5-star hotels, international sport and congress events in hospitality unit and VIP delegate-management.
