This passion led him to create Sustainnovate, an organisation dedicated to providing specialist sustainability and innovation learning solutions and services for today’s built-environment professionals.
Arman’s journey in sustainability and innovation began 20 years ago, driven by a genuine enthusiasm for making a positive impact. Over the years, he has applied his expertise across consulting, facilities management, business development, leadership and executive roles. His career is defined by his ability to conceptualise, visualise and integrate sustainable innovations into diverse organisations, as well as his talent for building high-performing teams that sustain and expand these innovations.
Arman’s educational and industry qualifications include a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical & Computer Systems Engineering, as well as certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM), NABERS Supervisor and Auditor, Commercial Building Disclosure (CBD) Accredited Assessor, and Carbon & Energy Professionals (CEP NZ) Energy Masters Accredited Commercial and Industrial Auditor.
As the founder of Sustainnovate, Arman continues to lead key business, sales and business development courses, working towards Sustainnovate’s vision of becoming a thought leader in sustainable innovation.
