I am a watercolorist and an Art Instructor. I love watercolours because of the transparency and luminosity I can achieve with them.  When I paint, I am interested in painting shapes, colours, lines, and mood rather than painting the subject. My work is known for my Loose expressive painting style.

I have been painting for almost 20 years and some of my artwork are in private collections in the USA, UK, Canada, Belgium, Portugal, and South Africa. I am a member of The International Watercolor Society South Africa (IWSSA). I do not have all the answers but can show you my way of painting to create freedom , expression, and vitality with my watercolours.
