I am Anne Candido, Co-Founder of ForthRight People and ForthRight Business. I am an expert in Business Strategy as well as Branding and Marketing. This stems from my two decades working at one of the biggest and most impressive CPG companies in the world, P&G, as well as our current portfolio of clients who are mostly small to medium B2B, service-oriented businesses and non-profits. A mechanical engineer turned Brander, Marketer and Business Strategist is what some would call a non-traditional career path. This is of benefit to all those I serve as my experience spans R&D, Manufacturing, Products Research, Branding/Marketing and Communications. The theme that is readily apparent throughout my experience is that Vigilant Leaders are the most successful leaders. This is because they are able to extract themselves from the weeds of the day-to-day and focus on what is best for the development of the business. And, in so doing are able to orchestrate an environment and team that is motivated and energized to achieve business goals.
