Previous to that, I graduated from London Business School with an MBA degree. I also have masters' degrees in Renewable Energy and Industrial Engineering.
One of my main skills I use everyday at Fighter Shots is logistics and supply chain management, which I learned during my 5 years experience at Airbus.
When working on the A320 family airplanes we had to make sure all of the aircraft parts (wings, fuselage, landing gear), cabin (seats, galleys, lavatories) as well as hundreds of aircraft systems were ready at the assembly line. It is no different to creating a drink.
Getting all of the supplies and ingredients (which are perishable so the timing is even more crucial) on time, on cost and on quality is as challenging! Especially with limited resources, There are delays, shortages and accidents happening everyday too.
My other work experiences are as valuable. At Microsoft, I learned cold calling sales tactics. Management consulting teaches strategic approach and data analytics tools. And last but not least, my internships at startups have shown me that not everything goes to plan and that is ok too.
