I’m Angela Tong, a passionate Qigong practitioner deeply committed to helping others experience the transformative power of this ancient practice.
My journey began with Taekwondo, where I earned a Black Belt after eight years of dedicated practice. Over time, I transitioned to Taichi, which sparked my fascination with the way traditional Chinese martial arts are intertwined with Chinese medicine to promote holistic health and emotional well-being.
This interest led me to study acupuncture at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, where I deepened my understanding of how energy, movement, and mindfulness contribute to healing and transformation.
Having personally experienced the profound impact of Qigong on both my physical and mental health, it has become a cornerstone of my daily routine, helping me stay strong, balanced, and resilient. Through my courses, I’m excited to share these practices with you, guiding you to tap into your own inner strength and navigate life with greater ease and clarity.
