Hi! I’m Andrey Sumin. I came into programming from retail, so I remember what it’s like to start from zero—doubts, new terms, and all. I’m now a Senior Android Developer at Kaspersky Lab, I write Android libraries and tooling, and I’ve been teaching Kotlin and Android for six years.
In my courses we move from simple to complex—no leaps—cover both the “why” and the “how,” and reinforce every topic with hands-on practice. I aim for depth and lead you there gradually, so you gain confidence and understand why things are done the way they are.
If you have no programming experience, you’ll find everything you need here to enter the profession. If you’ve already worked with Kotlin or another language, you’ll find plenty to structure and deepen your knowledge. My goal is that after the course you can read and write production code with confidence and feel prepared for interviews. Welcome!
