Andres Ruelas

QE NPI Andres Ruelas is an industrial engineer with more than 6 years of experience in the medical manufacturing field. He has worked for the following companies: Cardinal Health, Medtronic, Stryker and Teleflex Medical.

He has been an instructor for the Lean Six Sigma Academy training engineers from Baxter, Smurfit Kappa, Becton Dickinson, Nypro (Jabil Healthcare)​ among other companies.

He is the author of multiple published books (English and Spanish) available on this site and on Amazon.

He specializes in injection molding, plastic extrusion processes, sealing processes with Urania and Multivac equipment and has also implemented automatic inspection systems using OGP Flash and Mitutoyo APEX Vision systems.
