Over 20 years experience as a firefighter in urban and rural departments, and served as Military Combat Medicine instructor, PHTLS Instructor.  My first focus is on fireground / life safety, and Initial Arrival to the fire incident.  There is a large focus on preparation, as experience has taught me that 'Prior Practice brings Proficiency and Performance!'.  This was true in my Army, Air Force, and Fire careers.
