With over 7 years of experience in Innovation and Sustainability, I view these two pillars as essential drivers for the transformation and evolution of businesses - whether small enterprises or large corporations - not only in the digital realm but from a comprehensive, holistic perspective. These principles also hold great importance for individuals when integrated into daily life.

My dedication to these areas is evident in my professional journey, continuous learning, and hands-on experience across diverse industries, including multi-utility, banking, insurance, food and beverage, fashion, manufacturing, and betting & gaming. I’ve had the privilege of working with leading companies in these fields.

Currently, I'm the Advisor for Innovation & Sustainability at Avvant, the Advisory & Consulting firm from the CRPI Group, a tech group based in Milan. In addition, I also mentor startups and professionals, sharing my expertise and insights to help them thrive.

In my spare time, I indulge in reading, particularly essays and historical novels. This passion led me to co-found PerfectBook, Italy's first "emotional" search engine for books, developed in collaboration with a group of like-minded innovators.
