Amy Aed is a travel journalist with a focus on raw, off-the-beaten-track guides to gorgeous places, and tea cultures from around the world.

She is the editor of the Aberystwyth magazine, The Courier, and runs the travel blog Wandering Everywhere, a place for explorers, dreamers, and story-tellers.

Based in Wales, Amy spends almost all of her time booking last-minute flights to new places, writing about tea on her online tea blog, and bulk-buying spices from her local spice market to create a new blend of masala chai.
