Amos 'Avaman' Kantiok was born in northern Nigeria, Kaduna precisely.

As a young boy he was always fascinated by the sound of musical instruments and this led him to learn how to play the keyboard at an early age.

The journey into production began in the late nineties after being inspired by the likes of Pharell Williams, Timbaland, Rodney Jerkins, Scot Storch, Tim and Bob etc.

He has a versatile sound which covers diverse genres as is evident in the various projects he has worked on.

Over the years he has been instrumental in training the next generation of producers and help them hone their skills.
