I have led and contributed to large-scale national and industrial projects in asset management, maintenance strategy, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), spare parts optimization, and enterprise performance systems.

I also serve as a project manager, advisor, and evaluator in complex organizational transformation programs, helping companies improve operational performance through structured frameworks and data analytics.
