I live on a lifestyle block out in the country with my wife, cows, sheep, geese, chickens and bees.  I develop software for a living but I have a number of hobbies and a big one is home brewing.  I've made beer, wine, meed, cider, kombucha, water kefir, and a variety of other fermented beverages.
