I am the founder of YouTheCEO, an emotional intelligence education company, and am an emotional intelligence educator. My passion, and my company's mission statement, is to help people rise to their greatness by managing the emotional mind.

Emotions can be messy, luckily with the right tools we all have the ability to manage difficult emotions without feeling like a victim of them. My speciality lies in self-awareness, self-compassion and developing communication skills.
