As an educator in winemaking and viticulture, I bring over a decade of global experience backed by academic training from two esteemed institutions: the Escuela de Enología y Viticultura ‘Félix Jiménez’ in Requena, Spain’s oldest wine school, and the École Nationale Supérieure des Sciences Agronomiques de Bordeaux Aquitaine in France.

I am currently the Operations Director and Head Winemaker at a prominent Spanish winery, where I oversee all aspects of production, from vineyard to bottle. Also I am certified in Rioja wines.

Over the past 15 years, I have worked in leading wineries across major wine regions, including Austria (Wachau), Australia (Tasmania, Riverland, Murray Darling, Mudgee), England (Kent), Germany (Mosel), Spain (Castilla La Mancha, Utiel-Requena, Mallorca, Jumilla), France (Northern Rhône Valley), Hungary (Tokaj), Portugal (Alentejo), and New Zealand (Marlborough). This experience has equipped me with a rich understanding of diverse winemaking practices and techniques.

In addition to producing wines, I also give wine courses and tastings, offer guidance in wine marketing, and design new wine profiles. My teaching approach is rooted in a passion to inspire and instill a profound appreciation for the art and science of winemaking, providing students with both technical expertise and a genuine love for this extraordinary craft.
