Alex Marques has nearly 20 years of leadership and innovation development experience in executive coaching, training, sales, management, and career development counseling.

Alex brings with him a wealth of knowledge around insurance, leadership effectiveness, talent development, team building, change management, employee engagement, culture, and goal achievement. Alex specializes in working with leaders to be successful in leading organizations and teams to achieve the highest value possible in today’s challenging transitional business environment.

Alex works as a PMI Mentee Coordinator and a Consulting Manager for several telecommunication customers in Central and Latin America (Mexico, Chile and Colombia) and there successfully coached numerous individuals to unsurpassed results; and has created and led experiential team building, leadership, change, culture, accountability, communication, emotional intelligence, and seminars across the country. Alex has been DI (Destination Imagination) Coach and his teams already won 1st place on innovation challenges for GPISD schools.

Alex earned a B.A. from Information Technology from FATEC-BS (Santos – Brazil), EMBA in Information Technology and Business from Getulio Vargas University (FGV-EPGE Rio de Janeiro).
