I'm a Chief Architect with 25+ years designing and delivering complex digital platforms across cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. Most of my work happens in regulated environments — banking, financial services, government, where decisions have consequences and "it works on my machine" doesn't cut it.

Today I'm embedded as Chief Architect at a multi-territory financial services group, building production AI systems with Claude, designing API gateways, and running enterprise architecture for nine countries' worth of infrastructure. Before this, I was founding CTO at an AI startup that scaled to 50 engineers across 20+ countries.

I hold CISSP, CGRC, TOGAF, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert certifications, and I'm pursuing doctoral research on scaling AI-augmented decision-making in enterprise environments.

I'm a hands-on architect who still writes code. My courses are built on what I actually do at work — real production patterns, real failure modes, zero filler. If you want theory without practice, I'm the wrong instructor.
