I’m Alex Slyadnev, a food photographer with 17 years of experience across Europe, Asia, the Baltics, and the Americas. My work has been regularly featured in European editions of Savour, and I’ve been interviewed by Forbes and The New York Times. I’m proud to have been named one of the world’s top 100 most influential food photographers by The British Journal of Photography. My expertise lies in Michelin-starred restaurants, and I’ve captured over 200 Michelin establishments worldwide in my portfolio.

In addition to photography, I’m a mentor and educator. I’ve created numerous photography courses and founded Photo Academy, which was awarded Best Online Photography School in Ukraine in 2023. Many of my students have gone on to achieve great success—getting published in international magazines, winning photography competitions, exhibiting their work, and shooting for top establishments in Europe’s HORECA sector. Some have even contributed to Milan Fashion Week. Over 73% of my students have become successful photographers in their own niches.

As an active high-end photographer and educator, I’m always learning and sharing my experiences with my students to help them grow and succeed in the photography world.
