We are the Research and Support team behind these courses.

Our work begins before a lesson exists. We follow how the privacy and security landscape actually moves — regulatory developments, guidance from authorities, emerging threats and the everyday habits that quietly put people at risk — reading it mainly through a European lens, so you know where our references come from. What matters is then translated into the Cyber Welfare Framework: three pillars (Skills, Awareness and Secure Behaviour) and five levels of digital maturity, from FL1 to FL5. The framework decides which topics belong in a course, at which level, and in which order.

We also look backwards: published material doesn't stay accurate on its own, so we review what's already online and update or retire what reality has overtaken.

And we stay close to the conversation. We support both the instructor and the learners in the exchanges that grow around the programme — questions, doubts, requests for clarification — so that no one is left without an answer.

Teaching itself is the instructor's craft. Our job is to keep the ground solid, current and honest — without alarmism, and without jargon for its own sake.

Il nostro lavoro comincia prima che una lezione esista. Seguiamo come si muove davvero il contesto di privacy e sicurezza — evoluzioni normative, indicazioni delle autorità, minacce emergenti e quelle abitudini quotidiane che espongono le persone senza che se ne accorgano — leggendolo soprattutto in una prospettiva europea, così sai da dove vengono i nostri riferimenti. Ciò che conta viene poi tradotto nel Framework Cyber Welfare: tre pilastri (Competenze, Consapevolezza e Comportamento Sicuro) e cinque livelli di maturità digitale, da FL1 a FL5. È il Framework a stabilire quali temi entrino in un corso, a quale livello e in quale ordine.

Guardiamo anche indietro: i contenuti pubblicati non restano accurati da soli, quindi rivediamo ciò che è già online e aggiorniamo o ritiriamo ciò che la realtà ha superato.

E restiamo vicini alla conversazione. Supportiamo istruttore e studenti negli scambi che nascono attorno al programma — domande, dubbi, richieste di chiarimento — perché nessuno resti senza risposta.

La didattica in sé è competenza dell'istruttore. Il nostro compito è mantenere il terreno solido, attuale e onesto — senza allarmismi e senza tecnicismi inutili.
