Our names are Alain Maurel and Katy Russell, and together we bring over 35 years of experience in teaching drums, singing, and music production. We teach both physical and online workshops, performance classes, and one‑to‑one tuition.

We also run Planet drum, the largest Trinity College London music exam centre in the UK, based in central London. 

We’re passionate about sharing our knowledge and making music education accessible, engaging, and fun. We hope you enjoy our courses as much as we enjoyed creating them.
