I am a Motion Graphic Designer and VFX Artist and have been in the industry for over 15 years. I started at MGM Resorts International and ended my career after a 9 years as a Production Manager for Digital Design, the division in charge of all front-of-house video and animations that are visible to guests at all MGM properties. This includes strip marquees, casino floor, events, and in-room videos. My job was to either create animations or direct a team of animators on what creative videos we will develop for all property account managers.
Once leaving, I started Renderready, LLC, my own freelance motion design company that has been running successfully since 2012. In that time, I have created work for such companies as MGM Resorts International, Pepsi, Deloitte, and Ally Bank. I have also created arena graphics for the Las Vegas Golden Knights and VFX for movies such as Still/Born.
In 2014, I met Jonathan Weinberger and he taught me the basics of C# in Unity. Since then, we have worked together on multiple projects including the Ultimate Guide to Game Development with Unity, the Ultimate Guide to Cinematography with Unity, and the Ultimate Guide to 2D Mobile Game Development with Unity.
I currently work on both games and motion graphics and on the rare occasion that I do get free time, I try to squeeze in some PS4 and pray the Last of Us 2 is as amazing as it looks!
