Hello! My name is Ajay Jacob and I'm a writer and learning strategist with 20+ years of professional experience.

I was born in Kerala in South India, but have been fortunate to live and work in different parts of both India and the world.

After completing a Bachelors degree in Literature and Journalism, and then a Masters in Creative Writing, I spent 10 years in the educational publishing industry in the UK.

I then moved to the Netherlands where I worked within corporate L&D (Learning and Development) since 2016 for companies across a range of sectors including engineering, e-commerce, technology and consulting.

My main focus currently is helping people hone their storytelling skill, but I also provide consultancy services on L&D strategy, platforms and content. In my free time I enjoy running, exploring new places with my wife and son and permanently learning how to swim.

I'm a passionate believer in the power of storytelling to change the world.
