My name is Aideen. I'm from Dublin in Ireland and trained in the area of Advanced Manual Lymphatic Drainage and post-cancer care in 2008 after my Mom developed a condition called Lymphedema as a result of her cancer treatment.

She is my inspiration to help others and teach them everything I know about self-managing your health and damaged lymphatic system after cancer.

I'm also an experienced Yoga Instructor (teaching since 2007) and Personal Trainer (2020) and have combined all of my knowledge and skills in this online course, providing you with a completely unique learning experience.
