Welcome, I am Adita, mom of 2 and SuperCharged to share with you my top secrets for feeding you for weight loss, energy, and an overall zest for life. Then I am also so very passionate about teaching you how to feed your family for growth and development, immune support, and overall focus!! (All my courses are different, so check them out)
Growing an ADULT from scratch is not an easy feat! I have had my share of bumps along the road but I managed to see the light and create easy to follow techniques to make the family kitchen a place to fuel the body and the soul.
Not only am I a proud mom but I bring to you over 30 years of experience as a multi-nationally recognized health educator, author of SuperPowers, A Busy Woman's Guide to Health and Happiness, and a lifestyle coach, who specializing in fitness program development, restorative and corrective fitness, adult and child nutrition, and mind body disciplines.
I have a BS in Holistic Nutrition, I am a Lv3 Holistic Lifestyle Coach through the Chek Institute, and I have been accredited by several internationally respected organizations, including NASM, ACE, AFAA, and the University of Miami.
I am the Director of Education for The International Sports Conditioning Association and the Wellness Director for Fierce4 Fitness. Not to mention my LOVE of kids and food, so with that I developed Nutritional Brilliance; a program dedicated to promoting a healthy family kitchen through online education, which is also used as a PTA/PTO fundraiser.
