I have over 27 years of progressive experience in the world of corporate and IT governance. During my career, I worked very closely in implementing financial and legal compliance controls. I am very well versed with data privacy laws (GPDR etc.), HIPAA, FISMA, Dodd-Frank Act, Sarbanes-Oxley Act and NIST800 regulations/regulatory framework. I have served on many committees and have served as an executive director for the past 6 years. I have also taught classes at the Masters and Phd level since 2000. Currently, I am working as an executive director where I am responsible for the technology bed of my corporation and have undertaken the digital transformation of my organization. During the process, I have revisited the key concepts of corporate governance and various technological innovations. I am eager to share my experiences with you  and believe we can learn from each other.
