Adem Altınışık graduated from KTU Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department as an Electronics Engineer. He received MBA from University of Wales Institute and Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University Business School. He has academic studies on Leadership, Digital Productivity, Managed Services Model and Operations in Telecom/IT Sector.
He has management and consultancy experience in highly challenging projects and multicultural environments in the telecom and IT sector. In his professional career, he worked as a Manager, Director and Senior Consultant in Alcatel, Motorola and Huawei companies. He is a subject matter expert in the fields of Program and Project Management, Digital Transformation, PMO, Telecom and IT Operations, Managed Services Model.
He provides training in the fields of Leadership, Motivation, Strategy, Digital Transformation and Project/Service Management, and provides consultancy in the fields of Transition and Transformation Management, Operations, Managed Services Model and Digital Transformation in the Telecom/IT sector.
