I've learned that everything that we do in our lives is connected and makes up a whole. That it is just different expressions of us and those expressions are always changing. Success and failure are not a thing. Our only job is to express who we are in this moment and then expand beyond ourselves further.

Everything I share with you in my songwriting and personal growth courses is what I have explored in great depth and that has worked positively when I applied it in my life. Take all that works for you, every piece that matters to you.
