After 30 years designing and deploying data warehouse systems, I became one of the three founding Solution Architects for Snowflake UK — and spent the next five years at the heart of Snowflake’s growth, advising over 50 enterprise customers including Sony, Sainsbury’s, and Disney on designing, deploying, and optimising large-scale Snowflake solutions.

I later joined Snowflake’s Training & Education team, where I designed and built Snowflake for Solution Architects — the highest-rated course Snowflake delivers globally. It was here I combined real-world architectural experience with a passion for teaching, bridging the gap between technical mastery and practical application.
