I teach gastronomy as a multi-disciplinary field, exploring food through culture, science, economics, and history. My work focuses on understanding how food systems operate and how ideas about food evolve. I’m interested in building a community of enthusiasts, hobbyists, and entrepreneurs who share curiosity about food’s role in the modern world.
