I'm Ana G. Soares, computer scientist and founder of UNIAGIL, one of Brazil's leading schools for agile and project management. Today, my work is all about one thing: helping professionals use AI to do real work, without writing code.

Over the past 15+ years, I've worked as an Agile Coach, Project Manager, Scrum Master and Product Owner for companies like Ambev, Embraco, Seara, Ultragaz and Havan. Through UNIAGIL, I've trained more than 10,000 students, and over 200,000 people follow my content on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn. I created Brazil's first official certification for Agilists (LACP), the Agile Wheel assessment used by teams across the country, and Claude Project Professional, a training program that teaches managers and teams to work with Claude every day.

I hold a degree in Computer Science and a Master's in Business Administration. I also won first place in the Santa Catarina stage of the Global Legal Hackathon.

But credentials are the least interesting part. Here's what I actually believe: AI won't replace you, but someone who knows how to use it might. Most people stop at the chat box because they think the rest is "for developers." It isn't. I run my business with Claude every day, from reports and research to course materials and automations, and I'll show you how to do the same, one step at a time.
